Responsible for the supervision of the freight handler supervisors, clerical team, drivers and general staff duties. A liaison between client and company, handle problem solving between departments, resolve employee grievances, and coordinate the scheduling for both drivers and freight handler supervisors in the logistics department. Main Responsibilities;• Managing, dispatching and administrative duties for a third party logistics company providing dedicated fleet service across 4 separate contracts• Independently identified resource planning for future growth and stability.
