I joined Kegler Brown as an associate in the fall of 2012, shortly after graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. My practice is primarily in the areas of business, intellectual property and advertising, where I offer creative and efficient strategies that are tailored to meet my clients’ needs throughout every stage of their business's life cycle, including entity formation and structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, and licensing. I also identify and protect my clients’ intellectual property interests through market planning and due diligence; use of trademarks, copyrights, and software agreements; negotiation of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements; and implementation of trade secret protection procedures.I was a member of the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic at the University of Cincinnati College of Law and I am currently a member of the Columbus Bar Association and the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity Beta Phi House Corporation.
