My responsibilities include long range operational planning, strategic planning and briefing to upper level decision makers, managing readiness and resource allocation for 6 sub-units and managing subordinate commands for compliance with all Safety directives.

Executive Officer, chief executive officer, and director of operations for the US Navy’s large Fleet replacement helicopter squadron. Responsible for $1.4B in operating costs, 37 aircraft, and 1000 personnel to produce 176 pilots and 127 crewmen yearly for West Coast and forward deployed aviation units. Expert knowledge of production line success and resource allocation. Extensive experience in Operational Risk Management as over all program manager. Experience building operational procedures in a start-up environment.

Led a team of 7 personnel to increase production by 17% per year and reduced time to train by 14% over two years by building in efficiencies and resource management techniques to target on time production.

Authored Naval Aviation’s Defense Readiness Reporting System architecture, metrics, analytical tool sets, and data warehousing capabilities. Led the enterprise development and prototype implementation of this system.
