Worked with A.C. to gather end user needs and performed analysis of existing SX3 device configuration and its Web based application. Created new configuration of settings, application, device lockdown, and staging routines for the SX4 devices. Assisted end user Fairs & Parks with troubleshooting of Wi-Fi security and other device settings for modification and then incorporation into configuration and staging routines. Provided onsite and remote support for the SX4 migration.At Home – Managed technical sales and engineering process for the conversion of At Home mobile devices to the Datalogic FalconX3+ mobile device. Performed analysis and worked with the customer to determine specific needs and configuration utilizing a 5250 Terminal Emulation client and a thick client application for printing to a Bluetooth printer. Assisted with the requirements definition, demo, and pilot of a Wavelink Mobile Device Management implementation for remote device management. Conducted successful FX3+/Wavelink MDM pilot and won a Million-dollar opportunity.Chevron – Migrated existing Datalogic FalconX3+ device, Web Based application, device configuration, and device lockdown to the FalconX4 mobile device using skill sets in the previous two achievements and the job description listed above. Performed all work and tasks remotely/virtually due to the 2020 travel bans in California and Washington. Chevron is currently rolling out the FX4s to new gas station openings across the U.S. and as replacements for their no longer repairable FX3+ units as needed.

Converted entrenched LXE customer to Motorola rugged MC9090s inside their depots and VC6096s (vehicle computers) for use in their yard hostlers (trailer cabs) connected to the Costco RF yard management system. Overcame major quality issues with MC9090s during pilot phase. Worked extensively onsite, and with corporate entities, to overcome hardware issues, successfully completed two Depot pilot locations, which then facilitated the rollout of MC9090s to all Costco Depots. Developed 2D imaging DS6708-DL tethered scanner solution for scanning driver license barcodes to parse Name, Street, etc. for auto placement of data into the Costco Pseudoephedrine DB. Saved the Pharmacy staff and customers minutes per transaction due to the elimination of writing the data into a hardcopy log.REI Stores & Warehouses - Development of MC75 solution, Micro Kiosk upgrades, and deployments. Development and rollout of the WT4090 (wearable terminal), and finger scanner, for hands free picking and packaging applications on the REI shipping line and for use in other areas in the warehouses.
