• Helped develop, win approval for, and manage a major $28MM stadium renovation and private residential development project at our ballpark in Lansing, MI. Actively involved in all aspects from project’s infancy as a needed ballpark renovation to its evolution into an innovative public placemaking project. Key contributions included creating financial proformas, crafting presentations used to win City and investor support, securing bank financing, and assisting with stadium lease negotiations;• Wrote a 5-year business plan for our Lansing Lugnuts franchise to fully review the strengths and weaknesses of the company after 17 years, assess opportunities for growth, and develop objectives and strategies to drive revenue. From this strategic plan, we have launched a new Special Events department, made key asset investments, and modified sales compensation structures;• Prepare and manage the $5MM annual budgets for both minor league baseball franchises owned by PSM;• Perform monthly analytics to monitor financial pacing, project year-end results, and make informed business decisions • Perform financial and strategic due diligence on all prospective special event opportunities

• Prepare financial reporting required for our annual CPA review, submittals to the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues, stadium city lease payments, and monthly sales tax remittances;• Serve as point person for key vendor relationships with banks, merchant services, outside CPA firm, business insurance brokers, payroll services, and 401k advisor;

• Managed due diligence process to identify new health insurance and 401k plans to offer to our 45 full-time employees;• Contributed to the start-up and rapid growth of Professional Sports Catering, LLC, a national sports concessionaire and sister company to PSM that was recently sold to Levy Restaurants
