As the President and senior geologist for Phoenix Environmental, I am responsible for managing the company, supervising staff and our associate consultants, developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new business, conducting environmental assessments (Phase I, Phase II, asbestos surveys, etc.), conducting grant research and preparing proposals. I firmly believe to be good at what you do you have to enjoy it. I love what I do! I also believe you have to know what you are best at and focus your attention on doing that as much as possible. Find others to do what you don't do well or don't particularly enjoy. They'll do it better anyway. I am great at delegating.

My duties as a Project Manager at GCI included: Conducting, managing, or reviewing Phase I and Phase II ESAs, soil and groundwater delineations and remeditations, asbestos surveys, asbestos O&M plans, hazardous material building surveys, proposals, and cost estimatesMaintaining consistently high level of client satisfaction, return business and referrals
