There is a quote by Elie Wiesel that is a reminder to me of how I aspire to live life, give to others and direct the leadership decisions I make. His inspiring words were, "The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference. The opposite of art is not ugliness, it's indifference. The opposite of faith is not heresy, it's indifference. And the opposite of life is not death, it's indifference." As a leader and individual, I am the opposite of indifferent. Rather, I am driven to make a difference. I am a visionary and someone who is driven by performance. I am an analyst, a strategic planner, a program manager and a team developer skilled in motivating individuals and achieving performance benchmarks.
