• In this role, I directed staff, operations and budgets for multiple Workforce Development programs. I led teams of more than 250 individuals working across eight functional areas tasked with optimizing workforce.
• Managed a $30 million budget among federal, state and local programs designed for business incentives in economic development as well as workforce education and training. Led to creation of 1000+ jobs and training.
• Co-directed Denver Workforce Investment Board (governed by local business and community leaders) to respond to economic, workforce and training needs of region through community/ business engagement and strategic.
• Teamed statewide with local Workforce Directors, Workforce Investment Boards, and Governor’s Colorado Workforce Development Council to develop strategic initiatives, policies, and metrics for regional/ statewide growth.
• Partnered with Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation and Governor’s Office of Economic Development & International Trade in business attraction- elements including local demographics, access to government.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• While with Trammell Crow Company, I managed the operations of 70 commercial properties in the Greater Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities included budget control for capital expenditures, repairs.
• Acted as first point of contact for renovations and capital projects expenditures for the portfolio to determine the short- and long-term strategies for each property. Tracked and control expenses of personal portfolio.
• Managed operations and site relationships of 70 Bank of America properties in DC Metropolitan. Controlled $3 million budget for capital expenditures, repairs and maintenance, and facilities operations for each location.
