About Jeff Poole

I am an attorney working at Hamrick & Evans, LLP in Burbank. I focus my practice on a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters, including complex contractual disputes, environmental matters (such as CERCLA and Prop 65) entertainment litigation, technological warranty and commercial issues, debt collection issues, business ownership struggles, and fraud claims. I work with clients ranging from large international and domestic manufacturers, multi-national technology companies, logistic companies, small to mid-size businesses, large construction companies, as well as individual landlords. I offer time and cost effective results for my clients. In addition, I have a broad exposure to and expertise in various types of civil litigation, both in federal and state courts, including entertainment litigation, entertainment arbitrations (Writers' Guild, Directors' Guild, etc.) commercial fraud cases, real property litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, unfair debt collection claims, premises liability matters, large and complex insurance litigation claims, ADA compliance matters, wage and hour and wrongful discharge matters, environmental CERCLA litigation, and construction defect matters. I also lend my litigation expertise to advise companies on how to best avoid litigation in these matters, such as how to implement best practices to minimize a business’ potential liability and exposure.In my free time, I am an avid camper and backpacker, and I regularly hike in the greater Los Angeles area and the Sierra Nevada mountain range. I also enjoy video games, board games, and California craft beers and wine.
