Jeff Rader currently serves as Executive Vice President of Pacific Oak Capital Advisors. In this role, Mr. Rader serves as head of asset management for Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT a $2 billion portfolio. Mr. Rader also acts as the portfolio manager for the Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT where he liaises with the executive team on all acquisitions, participates on investor engagement and leads the asset management of the $1.4 billion portfolio.

The occupancy in the remaining building increased from 32% to 95%.• Acquired assets totaling over $500 million for KBS managed accounts.• Responsible for re-positioning and leasing $650 million portfolio with annual capital expenditures in excess of $15 million.• Responsible for negotiating over 900,000 square feet of new and renewal leases across the portfolio in line with budget and performance goals.

• Assisted with the acquisition, underwriting and origination of $1 billion of senior debt, CMBS and mezzanine debt collateralized by commercial assets within the United Stated. The collateral included office, retail, multifamily, condominium and industrial/flex assets.• Developed and updated Excel models and Argus files to track and manage portfolio.
