Pacific Oak Capital Advisors is an alternative investment company that focuses on sponsoring and providing quality investment opportunities to financial advisors, registered investment advisors and institutional investors. The company was formed in 2018 by Keith Hall and Peter McMillan, previously senior executives with one of the most successful alternative investment firms in the nation, where they completed transaction volume in excess of $15 billion of real estate equity and debt over the course of 13 years. McMillan serves as chairman of Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT, while Hall serves as chief executive officer of the real estate investment trust. In addition, Hall and McMillan launched Keppel-Pacific Oak REIT, a Singapore-based real estate investment trust that has been publicly-traded since 2017. Pacific Oak Capital Advisors and its affiliated companies currently manage a portfolio of real estate valued in excess of $3 billion. We are driven by our mission to pursue opportunity through a broad range of real estate investments and to develop and manage these investment opportunities for the benefit of investors, joint venture partners, tenants, associates and communities.
