For the 12 years before I stepped down as CEO of The Delta Companies, a healthcare staffing company, we averaged 29% annual growth. We were also recognized by Clearly Rated’s ‘Best of Staffing’ award for customer service every year I was there, and we won multiple ‘Best Places to Work’ awards.
