Advisor/Consultant to Tecton willdo the following: a) attending (in person or telephonically) one (1) meeting each quarter with the Company’s executives and/or senior staff (each meeting to last approximately one (1) hour; date, time and location to be mutually agreed upon by the parties);(b) responding to phone calls or emails from the Company’s executive team (i.e. CEO, President, Board of Directors, and Advisory Board) concerning the Company’s business as reasonably requested by the Company upon reasonable advance notice;(c) Review clinical trials, studies, blogs, product development strategies, budgets and programs based on overall Company portfolio of Brands and Business Strategies. Specific workflow will be based on mutually acceptable objectives aligned upon and adjusted on an annual basis during the term of this agreement.(d) identifying and evaluating external threats and opportunities to the Company;(e) Review ingredients and help steer product quality from a health perspective across all brands/platforms(f) be available upon advance reasonable notice to discuss from time to time any matters pertaining to the Company’s business; and(g) providing such other advisory or consulting services as mutually agreed by the parties including making connections with and introductions to potential investors, employees and executives, customers, suppliers etc.
