Operations Manager for Counterintelligence Company, responsible for day-to-day company operations. Resources and coordinates training for a 6 month continuous cycle in support of CI deployments to Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Jordan at the behest of US Army Intelligence and Security Command, and US Army Central missions. Assists with training development and evaluations, talent management, tailored professional development and acts as the primary company manager and CI/Security Advisor for deployed elements.

Supervised and facilitated the conduct of CI investigations, CI support to Force Protection, the Covering Agent Program, and host nation engagements in support of United States Forces Korea and 8th Army within South Korea during armistice and war. Managed the conduct, training, morale, and welfare of 33 Soldiers and 3 civilians; the largest Field Office in the US Army. Maintained over $2 million worth of sensitive intelligence equipment.

Provided administrative, logistics, budgetary, operations management, and training support for over 80 personnel engaged in full-spectrum CI operations in support of national level intelligence requirements. Consolidated and maintained training records, prepared course packets, and developed talent management plans. Advised 15 CI Field Offices throughout the Southwestern US on CI and Security practices, career progression, personnel challenges, Army processes, etc.

Supervised an office of 8 CI Agents, conducted and managed CI, counterespionage, counterterrorism investigations and operations in support of national level requirements to protect U.S. Army forces and the nation's most sensitive technologies, operational activities and compartmented research programs; collects and disseminates foreign intelligence information; conducts liaison with local, state and federal law enforcement; trained personnel to identify CI threat indicators; responsible for the welfare and professional development of four Soldiers and four civilian employees.

Served as CI Operations Management Team Manager and/or CI Team Leader during 4 separate deployments to Afghanistan. Managed all CI operations and investigations for up to 9 geographically dispersed CI Teams throughout Afghanistan. Separately, provided CI advice and assistance to battlespace owners in Kabul, Kandahar and throughout Helmand Province (respectively) on all matters involving threat indicators, existing threats, Force Protection issues, local national vetting operations, and asset validation. Trained, evaluated, equipped and deployed himself and 19 total teams to support the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan on 4 separate occasions over 5 years; served as a cornerstone of continuity and experience across the Brigade.

Served as an Instructor/Writer for the US Army CISAC. Responsible for training the next generation of US Army CI in all facets of the trade. Provided mentorship and guidance through instruction and evaluation of student performance. Responsible for accountability, physical fitness, administrative, logistics, and automation support for over 360 student ranked Private through Master Sergeant, First Lieutenant through Lieutenant Colonel and Civilian Employees from GG-9 through GG-13.
