Involved in all aspects of managing and growing this business from start-up in 2006 to $135 million in 2011 revenues. Initially helped finance the company as a passive "Angel Investor" and member of Advisory Board in 2006. Joined full time in 2010 to drive growth and day to day operations, refine the financials and audit, reorganize its legal structure, and find and lead a private equity investment.
