Redevelopment and oversight of IRC's Education and Child Protection cross-border programming in Northern Syria, including large scale, USG and DFID funded camp-based and off-camp non-formal education, PSS services, case management, and integrated parenting skills programming reaching over 10,000 Syrian IDP and host community children

Director of IRC Lebanon's Education Department, responsible for overall oversight of departmental startup, as well as the design and implementation of new non-formal community based education programming for Syrian refugee and out-of-school Lebanese children in Lebanon.
