I am honored to manage and administrate the Missouri National Guard's Institute of Excellence focused on developing the leaders of tomorrow and building the strength and readiness of our customers. I have the privilege of working with talented and dedicated professional educators, facilitators, and support staff as we consistently improve the educational quality of our school to stay ahead of changes the students will face in the operational domain. I am proud of the team's accomplishment to secure a 98.8% accreditation score and the 15% increase in students for the next 4 years.

I managed the operations, safety, and budget department as our team scheduled classes, secured resources, coordinated security, and paid staff and faculty. I learned volumes as I planned and oversaw the logistical needs of the school including contributory project managment actions to construct, furnish, and occupy a new $18M classroom and administration building.

Planned and conducted operations management for the state-level assistance of Military forces to Civil Authorities for 5 major disasters that impacted Missouri during 2011-2012. I also was fortunate to work with a diverse group of military and civilian experts to lead the rewrite of the Missouri National Guard's plan to respond to catastrophic and lessor disasters.

I had a great time managing the logistical, human resources, and operations of Missouri's 7th WMD Civil Support Team. We stayed extremely busy preparing and training alongside our civil authority teammates in the fire, police, and medical protective services. I learned a lot about how federal, state, and local professionals come together to help affected citizens in addition to maximizing limited resources to produce quality products.
