Responsible for managing Continuous Improvement Projects for the Danville PDC. Act as the BMS Coordinator responsible for maintaining required PDC documentation in the Business Management System (BMS). Complete all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting required for site and global requirements. Function as the site management representative for ISO audits, manage site internal audits and direct internal auditors through monthly audits. Conduct internal audits for other locations as requested, conduct site reviews, manage the CAPA database and ensure all corrective and preventive action initiatives are addressed. Act as the Records Administration Site Coordinator (RASC). Ensure site records are managed to global Records & Information Management (RIM) requirements and direct Record Workgroup Coordinators (RWCs). Train internal audit team members, record work group coordinators and employees in ISO/BMS/RIM requirements and responsibilities. Provide analytical support of the aftermarket business activities through quality analysis and planning, identify and evaluate process gaps and drive continual improvement. Provide guidance and support to EHS Specialist and L&D Specialist. Work with the Continuous Improvement Manager and PDC Managers to deliver fundamentally sound analysis, process improvement recommendations and support of all aftermarket business activities. Member of the Americas DFT Steering Committee.

Maintain ISO/BMS documentation and related databases. Identify and initiate preventive and corrective actions in CAPA database and ensure timely progress and implementation of actions.Train new employees in ISO/BMS/RIM requirements and responsibilities. Certified Quality Lead Auditor responsible for ISO9001-2015 QMS compliance. Coordinate Engineering Service changes. Negotiate and mediate solutions to opposing objectives that directly or indirectly support aftermarket parts support. Work with Product Quality Manager to liaison with Global Engineering groups. Communicate to Dealers inventory implications of product changes. Provide critical informational support to the Americas Dealers, Customers and Internal Hyster-Yale Group interests in regards to quality issues and parts identification.

Supervised the Stores crew of 25 which included receiving, packaging and picking, put away, janitorial and the hose and chain assembly team, a member of the Dock to Stock project team and part of the 5S Initiative.
