I am a software support engineer with a passion for solving problems and creating innovative solutions. I graduated from Devmountain's web development bootcamp in 2019, where I learned how to build dynamic web applications using JavaScript, React.js, and SQL. I also have an associate's degree in general studies from Snow College. I currently work as a software support engineer at Eccovia, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for health and human services.At Eccovia, I triage, manage, answer, and resolve incoming tickets, questions, and requests from clients. I utilize SQL and the front and back end of ClientTrack databases to identify and resolve issues. I also customize and configure ClientTrack forms, workflows, workspaces, and dashboards in client environments. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of engineers, developers, and analysts, and I strive to deliver high-quality service and support to our clients. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I am motivated by the impact of our work on improving the lives of our clients and their communities.
