I'm the Sales Manager for Fence & Deck Connection, a multi-divisional contractor focusing on the residential, commercial, and builder markets. In my role, I lead both the residential and commercial sales teams in achieving our sales objectives. I am fortunate enough to oversee a team of eighteen diverse sales experts who bring tremendous professionalism and understanding in meeting the needs of our customers.Before joining Fence & Deck Connection, I worked for two fencing/decking companies--Abbey-Fritz Fence & Premier Fence & Deck. I was lucky enough to learn a great deal about the industry and worked with some great people during that time.I am passionate about my work and my favorite part is the daily interactions that I have with my sales team and our quest to grow every day. We have a tremendous company culture and it is exciting to be involved in our growth.I have a B.S. degree from Salisbury University with a minor in Business and Social Work.
