I have been promoted through the company from Machinist to Sales Engineer in 2014.Prior to becoming the Sales Engineer for Micro-Matics Inc. I was a Machinist. My duties were:Operate and Setup Swiss, CNC`s with Milling, Drilling, Sub Spindle pickoffs for back working tools such as Threading, Boring, or Drilling. To do our Customers Parts Complete. Tsugami Turning, L-20`S, M-32, M-16, B-12`S just to name a few.... We machine parts and products for the medical, defense, computer, dental, aerospace, commercial, automotive, computer and telecommunications industries. Job duties:Job duties:I am a Supervisor,Programmer, Setup Person in the Swiss Dept. which I oversee the Tsugami Swiss CNC`s with Milling, Drilling, Sub Spindle pickoffs for back working tools such as Threading, Boring, or Drilling. To do our Customers Parts Complete.I also do the Programming or Program changes where needed. We do Various Parts for Commercial, Aerospace, Hydraulic, Medical and Direct Government Contract fields. We have a wide variety of inspection equipment to assure quality and the Best Product we can offer to our Customers.I have been working with all types of Metals such as: Aluminum,Brass,Stainless Steel, MP35N Medical Grade SST,High Temperature Alloys,Tool Steel, Plastics, Titanium,and much more.I am in charge of the tooling and making special tooling that we need if not available.

Job duties:Kelco contacted me in regards to a position within this company. I started on brand new citizen B-12 machines( In 1996 ); programming, tooling and setup. I was promoted to assistant supervisor, Where I have training All New, and Old Employees that wanted to change departments. I am a troubleshooter for all other departments in regards to the following machines; Conquests, B-12's, RNC-16's, B-12 F6's (pickoffs), Citizen 16’s, SE 16’s, and All L-20`s series machines. I have trained employees,on the above machines for all types of Medical parts. I have been mainly working with platinum parts since 2004 but have also worked with aluminum, titanium, tantalum, stainless steel and other various alloys. The Company is ISO 13485:2003 Certified Medical Devices and can machine down to a Fifty Millions of an Inch.........

Job duties:I started in 2nd operation then quickly moved up to machining and was promoted to lead. At this time I obtained my degree for programming, tooling and set up on CNC/RNC/SH-12 machines. I received certificates for blueprint, geometric tolerances, programming and ISO 9001. I moved around the company to learn the technicalities of producing Medical and Aerospace parts with tight tolerances down to the millionths and again was the troubleshooter for all machines...............

Job duties I started here as a press operator and advanced to the Deburring Department and in 6 months became Supervisor. After a year I advanced to the Viron Machining Division within the Company and received my S.P.C. certificate, and started working on Mitsubishi machines and Other Turning Center. I machined aluminum products for John Deere, Polaris, Arctic Cat and the U.S. Government. There was a company wide Layoff and I went to RMS technologies.
