rms Company was founded in 1967 to provide the growing Twin Cities medical device industry with precision-machined components. rms has built a reputation as a premier manufacturer of components for the Orthopaedic and other Medical Device markets. In 1982, rms was acquired by the Cretex Companies, a privately held, financially strong, Minnesota-based corporation. With solid financial backing from Cretex, rms has evolved into a major source of machined implants and device components for top medical device OEMs around the globe.
