Use of force expert utilizing successful outcomes to various types of lawsuits concerning law enforcement and other security-related issues in civil, state and federal court cases. My use of force expert consulting may be sought out as a means of evaluating the use of force in such areas as private investigation, police/patrol tactics, training procedures, and other law enforcement procedures and policies, all of which may be subject of potential litigation.I provide expert opinion when questions arise over whether the proper use of force was implemented in response to violent and threatening activity. As an expert witness, I also provide experience with security guard procedures, as use of force may also be required of those working in the security field. Like other areas of crime prevention, security must follow standard procedures when implementing the use of force.

Optimally positioned the FBI to meet current and emerging National Security and Criminal threats by managing collection (both Human intelligence and other), processing, analysis and dissemination of all intelligence across all investigative programs (Counterintelligence, Cyber, Criminal and Counterterrorism) within the San Francisco Division. As the Intelligence Program Manager, it is my responsibility, in coordination with San Francisco management and investigative squads, to strategically assess the division's intelligence capabilities in order to prioritize investigative efforts and direct resources accordingly. The Intelligence Program proactively supports the San Francisco Division's investigative efforts and produces value-added intelligence products that benefit the FBI and the larger intelligence and law enforcement communities. This includes the management of more than 175 personnel with responsibilities for multi-million dollar mobile, sophisticated air and stationary surveillance platforms and aircraft. Ground and aviation supports all facets of FBI intelligence, investigative and law enforcement activities. These surveillance tools are one of the most critical tools for monitoring and countering the national security threat and provides the FBI with the ability to collect intelligence in support of all investigations. Additionally, I am responsible for all technically trained special agents specializing in covert entry, eavesdropping and concealment devices as well as a 45 man SWAT Team specializing in enhanced capability for high risk and dangerous entries for law enforcement operations. I help deliver technology-based solutions which enable and enhance the FBI's national security mission. I sit on the board for the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC) and chair the intelligence committee ensuring broad levels of information sharing among law enforcement and intelligence partners.
