This includes the management of more than 175 personnel with responsibilities for multi-million dollar mobile, sophisticated air and stationary surveillance platforms and aircraft. Ground and aviation supports all facets of FBI intelligence, investigative and law enforcement activities. These surveillance tools are one of the most critical tools for monitoring and countering the national security threat and provides the FBI with the ability to collect intelligence in support of all investigations. Additionally, I am responsible for all technically trained special agents specializing in covert entry, eavesdropping and concealment devices as well as a 45 man SWAT Team specializing in enhanced capability for high risk and dangerous entries for law enforcement operations. I help deliver technology-based solutions which enable and enhance the FBI's national security mission. I sit on the board for the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC) and chair the intelligence committee ensuring broad levels of information sharing among law enforcement and intelligence partners.
