● Created brand new session options to better maximize participation, and to create additional revenue streams● Built a brand-new West Coast travel experience from scratch, including itinerary development, policy development & marketing ● Recruited close to 200 participants to our programs for summer 2024, doubling our initial expectations for the West Coast trip● Oversaw a budget of approximately $1,000,000, constantly optimizing expenditures to ensure margins remained intact● Reconstructed our staffing model of 30 counselors, and was solely responsible for performance evaluations, bonuses, and dismissals throughout the summer● Developed planners and other tools to revitalize our in-camp program options, with significant pre-summer mapping

● Drove all marketing efforts for NJY Camps, including content creation, social media messaging, and website management● Liaised with all NJY Directors to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with their individual needs and camp brands● Drove all virtual engagement events and their promotion during the virtual summer of 2020, ensuring meaningful community engagement throughout● Created daily graphics in alignment with ongoing initiatives to be broadcast throughout our 15 outward facing channels ● Collaborated with the Chief Development Officer and Director of Alumni Engagement to create content and deliver our 2020 and 2021 Virtual Fundraising Galas, NJY’s largest donor events, raising near $250,000 each year

• Responsible for the well-being of all 100+ campers in the division – used my discretion and judgement to solve all personal difficulties, enjoyment obstacles, disciplinary issues, and other sensitive challenges campers faced throughout the summer• Governed the 30+ staff in the division- this ranged from ensuring satisfaction and appreciation to the management of all staff problems and the administration of punishments when necessary• Created, orchestrated, and facilitated original programming for all campers in the division and in the adjacent female division, these include Oscars Night, the Joseph Rodeo, and Pixar Night

• Consult directly with the executive team to further develop and diversify real estate portfolio worth in excess of $10 million• Spearheaded various productivity boosting and dollar saving initiatives including the integration of an inbound call center and the creation of an original Snow and Ice Removal Request for Proposal, later distributed to competing local vendors• Collaborate with the CFO in the accounting of financial transactions through complex Excel computation and spread sheeting • Contribute to all marketing endeavors including the promotion of vacant apartments through original social media content

• Aided in the development of a marketing strategy for the nursery school program through Facebook Advertising using various A-B tests and other testing metrics- created the original ads as well• Charged with aggregating over three years and $3 million of past expenses and vendor usage into easily digestible data• Headed twelve request for proposal projects on the synagogue’s behalf through communication with local vendors in various industries, and based on my findings, made recommendations to the institution in order to ensure optimal financial commitments

• Served as a customer service rep in the Fan-Zone booth on game-days to resolve issues and ensure a positive fan experience• Worked with the Operations team in conducting timely, efficient, and entertaining in-game activities which included but was not limited to; raffles, performances, on-ice competitions, and fan interviews

• Hosted and solely operated private movie screenings for SAG and other film related guilds and worked with the organization’s President on potential operational improvements• Analyzed, noted, and developed reports on motivations behind crowd reactions in order to better understand the audience’s mindset and feelings towards the various elements of the film- the reports were later analyzed for determining Oscar promotion

• Formulated brand consistent social media posts for 92Y sponsored campaigns including #GivingTuesday, a growing international day of giving that raised more than $180 million in 2015 • Assisted the department in all day-to-day operations which included preparation and research for meetings, and spoke in those meetings on potential social media strategy to best suit campaign objectives• Designed gift-bags and other promotional giveaways for the #GivingTuesday Summit, photos of which were posted to Autism Speaks, an account with over 200 thousand twitter followers
