About Jeffrey Jacoby

Serving as a director-level leader and people manager in the grassroots non-profit sector for over 15 years, I’ve become adept at achieving my organization’s strategic goals with limited resources. I’ve learned to adapt to shifting priorities and unforeseen constraints to meet ongoing challenges, whether it be wearing “multiple hats'' or learning new skills to address organizational capability and resource gaps. I’ve created state, regional and nationwide campaign strategies, stakeholder engagement and messaging plans, internal operating procedures, and designed and delivered professional development training to leaders, managers and staff. Through creative problem solving and unwavering determination, I make do with what’s available to fulfill our mission of building a better world.
