I was hired at PJ spring in 1996 as a set up man , to set up automatic spring coilers, since then in 2012 I was given the opportunity to join the Quality staff and was hired within as the Quality Director, duties include 100% over seeing all of ISO and all aspects that go along with QMS, I am responsible for the creation of all PPAPS at all levels, corrective action, preventive action, I like very much dealing with all of our customers with a hands on approach.
