Among his accomplishments are: Oversight of the review of $11 billiion in CON applications Participation on the legislative task forces and other State legislative initiatives Compliance settlements providing $8 million of in-kind services to medically underserved communities; Revision of the entirety of the Board’s rules, regulations, criteria and standards; Developed empirical benchmarks for the design of clinical service areas Reengineered data collection processes for facility utilization data; and Developed the Hospital Bed Report redefining hospital beds -- to produce sound planning data.
