Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jeffrey “Jeff” Mathis draws upon his legal expertise to serve as a board member of the largest franchisee of Take 5 Oil Change operations in America, Carolina Lube, LLC. In this role, Jeffrey Mathis provides guidance in the areas of business development, finances, and property acquisition. He holds a JD degree from the University of North Carolina.Jeffrey Mathis has served as a managing partner with Crossroads Realty Group since 2004. Under his leadership, the company acquires and develops boutique multifamily properties, shopping centers, strip malls, and commercial office space. Also a managing partner with Charlotte-based Skyway Communities, LLC, he leads the company in acquiring RV parks and is responsible for negotiating deals, overseeing financial matters, and managing the legal aspects of transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked with real estate development companies Carolina Group Partners and Childress Klein Properties.Aside from his work in real estate development, Jeff Mathis is currently involved in charitable activities to benefit Ukrainian refugees who have fled to Poland. He volunteers with One Box for Ukraine and Drapen I Havet (A Drop in the Ocean).
