Yearly business plan forecast.2.) Supplier yearly audit.3.) Supplier semiannual meeting.4.) New and up to date parts improvement, latest model and material handling.• Actively participating on the VA-VE of parts for new and existing model Product and Engineering Department.• Primary involve in the low cost activity in FBCoP Main line production. (Lean Manufacturing).• Enhance communication both Local and Abroad supplier for price changes in materials.• Provide up to date motor vehicle insurance for all company services.• Closely coordinate with the 3P Logistic services for the dispatch of FG. • Manages budget per year and Inventory cost reduction activity program per year. • Provide proper documentation in every part endorsement, contract and equipment auxiliaries.

( JENOPTIC and Vitronic ) thru Maximo IBM• Manages consumption of spare parts in the Maintenance Section usage• Manages the manpower operation and work load in WAREHOUSE AREA • Technical support for implementation of upgraded equipment and parts. (JENOPTIC and Vitronic)• Manages a budget per year.• Maintains well spare parts structure and facilities ( WAREHOUSE AREA )• Provide proper documentation in every part endorsement and equipment auxiliaries. • Maintains proper handling, low cost purchasing of local and foreign partsa.) Negotiated contract with Vendors.b.) Monitor the Purchase items from ordering up to delivery via GENBA KANRI method.c.)
