The past 19 years I have been working in the Philippines. I came here as Graphic Supervisor and worked my way up to the position of General Manager and then to President of Overseas Operations. I have managed 400+ employees within multiple departments such as Human Resources, Graphic Design, Accounting, Customer Services, Training and Order entry. Every skill level of employees from new hires up to Senior Management and Directors. Before coming to the Philippines I was awarded the Presidents Award (Awardcraft). Over the years I have been selected to head up new ventures in Lean Manufacturing and newly created departments with in the company.
