Am responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of several types of machines used in the wirecutting and processing industry. I work on Panduit air powered crimpers, Molex crimpers and Schaffer. I amresponsible for maintaining our Gamma 333 pc based wire processing stations. I also take care of an Artos327, a Kappa 235 and a Kappa 240 wire cutters. I am also helping with the testing and repairing of severaldifferent pcb's that are made here.

Also worked with engineering to implement new test procedures, runverification tests on new products and install new test equipment.

While here I performed setup, integration, testing, configuration and repair of various types of Lightspeed CT units.Troubleshoot failed units to board level using schematics, test equipment and various troubleshoot techniques.Uses DCAS and NCR system to accurately report failures of system and failed components. Also am certifiedto work on and sign off, VCT units.
