Trained sales force on analyzing retail trends in outlets to identify growth area on key brands, then merchandised these brands to achieve maximum exposure on company key brands. Results were tracked during upcoming store visits and growth of key brands. Analyzed divisional savings brand share in-depth and saw the Basic brand share was declining year after year. Put together a divisional strategy to have more presence on Pall Mall Box Styles. We started placing additional Point of Sale material on Pall Mall Box where Basic had increased presence and increased share. Through the increased Point of Sale presence on Pall Mall Box styles, the brand grew from a 2 share brand in February of 2006 to a 3.12 in September 2008 division wide. Also through the analysis process my division was able to place additional merchandising space on the Camel Brand and grew that brand from a 6 share brand in February of 2006 to a 6.89 share brand in September 2008.

Analyzed consumer trends with key regional retail partners evaluating purchase data to identify areas of growth within a category. Presented findings and solutions to owners and buyers. Results were tracked during upcoming store visits and growth of key brands.
