Targeted, cold called, visited Business Merchants in Gulf Coast to analyze their existing credit card financial statements in order to perform a side by side comparision of AOP's proposal and the existing provider. Informed and presented to business owners the latest technology in credit card processing. While at AOP, I closed one of the largest clients for the company.

Responsible for the operations of the Mediacom cable systems in the Alabama and Mississippi areas which consisted of technical operations, call centers, franchise negotiations, and overall leadership of over 7 different payment centers or technical head-ends.Lobbied and presented alternative plans to the City of Fairhope to not build its own cable system. Used emergency management skills to stabilize operations during Hurricane Ivan and Katrina, something the Mediacom Corporate Office had difficulty overcoming.
