Iraq

Provided full diplomatic and planning leadership.

Led a jointly manned team of 150 personnel with the mission to advise and train the Iraq Army to be a professional, self-sustaining, ground defense force capable of supporting internal defense requirements while simultaneously equipping and training Iraqi forces for external defense responsibilities. Oversaw the planning and execution of $1B worth of Iraq Security Force Funding to enhance Army capabilities.
