I am a professional mariner with a broad range of experience. I have worked along the entire spectrum of marine employment from scraping bottom paint to delivering 60'+ yachts with many other diverse points along the way including professional dive instruction, commercial charter, and sailing education. The marine industry is largely about solving problems and I have carefully chosen to balance my practical experience with administrative, management and education positions in an effort to attain a wide perspective that allows me to draw on every aspect as I meet these challenges. I have personally built 2 boats for my own use from scratch - a 46' wooden schooner and a 38' composite catamaran.
