After Oracle's acquisition of Acme Packet I continued to work on the TSM Project.● Designed and implemented IPv6 functionality for the TSM SDK/Server module.● Continued work on iOS support for the TSM SDK. Facilitated updates between iOS SDK versions, starting at iOS 5.3 and ending at iOS 8.3.● Worked on porting TSM Server module from the AcmePacket 4500 platform to the AcmePacket 6300 platform.● Profiled TSM Server application for performance issues and recommended improvements to Platforms team● Created load testing application to test 10,000 concurrent TSM sessions and 400,000 idle TSM subscribers. Supported SQA's testing effort when using the tool and helped them resolve issues.● Upgraded TSM SDK build system. Supported Release Engineers with setting up builds for each included platform and making sure that releases were created for customers correctly.

I worked on a project called TSM (Tunnel Session Management) during my time at AcmePacket. TSM was a two part solution. One part was a mobile SDK that was integrated into VoIP clients. The other part was a server module that could be added to the AcmePacket Session Border Controller. Using the client SDK and corresponding server module, a VoIP client could create TLS/DTLS tunnels to send media and signaling packets. The advantage of TSM is that it provides a VoIP client with a few distinguishing features: the ability to maintain a call while switching between networks and wi-fi, firewall traversal, voice quality improvements, as well as encryption.• Ported the TSM SDK for use with iOS. Developed test programs, build methodologies, and added iOS specific features such as background mode to the SDK.• Designed and developed a router based VPN Client using DD-WRT and the Acme Packet TSM SDK. • Designed and automated TSM scalability testing framework using perl scripts. • Designed and developed Dynamic Datagram Tunnel feature for the TSM SDK. This feature is used by nearly all customers and is essential for both optimal voice quality and proper signaling when using the TSM solution. • Acted as lead engineer in iOS related TSM development.• Assigned to work on many important customer issues with a requirement for quick resolution, both remotely and on-site.

At Landmark Ventures, I worked on a variety of tools to help increase the efficiency of repetitive tasks. One tool allowed a user to use the search function on multiple websites at the same time with a search term. I created an Outlook plugin that allowed employees to rapidly create specially formatted meeting requests with prospective clients. This plugin reduced the time required to schedule these meetings from 12 minutes to three minutes. I also worked on python scripts that were used to gather data from websites like LinkedIn to find potential client.

During my time at IT Help Center, I helped to provide a number of computer related services to the students and faculty of the BU community. I helped to solve issues both in person and over the phone for any computer related problem. I assisted customers with virus removal, software installation, windows configuration, as well as other general computer questions. In addition, I was well versed in BU IT policies and could assist users with account issues, printing, and other problems.
