I've been with Holman automotive group for 16 years and am currently a Sales Manager with Pompano Ford Lincoln. On a daily basis, I order new and purchase used car inventory for the store and make wholesale decisions regarding our used car inventory. I provide guidance and management to our team of top salespeople. I have also recently become certified by AFIP.I have been at the store for such a long time I have developed a unique style of management. I believe that the sales staff should be empowered to make decisions to better help our customers without having to run back to management for a decision. I personally have a strong following of customers that have been coming to me for a long time. I believe in building strong relationships within the store as well as outside the store with vendors, and customers. I also believe in constant training and coaching. I am the type of manager that gets involved when needed and always strives to be the best at what I do and I make sure my staff is professional and is provided with everything they need to be successful so they too can be the the best.
