Oversees and coordinates all aspects of permanent power energization for DITO cell sites. Application to power company (Meralco), construction of service entrance, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities:■ Project Planning and Execution• Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines in collaboration with Huawei engineers, Meralco TSEs and subcontractors.• Coordinate and oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, specifications, and quality standards.• Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to meet weekly/monthly target and client expectations.■ Team Leadership and Development• Lead and manage construction teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve project goals.• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the construction operations department

Reporting to the Security Department Head; As Team Leader for Operation in the department, I lead a professional technical team consist of Engineers and Network Technicians within this IT and communications firm, providing an efficient and effective costumer service to the client.Key Responsibilities:• Handling Full-Turn-Key (FTK) project• Provide the client with the best end to end project management, including project plans, scoping and requirements through implementation.• Working on projects from participating in Tenders, scoping, architecting, proposing, and to a degree of implementing solutions for IT & Security products and services.• Handling all of the products for Pre Sales, Sales and Post Sales processes.• Perform Installation, operating, maintenance and troubleshooting of military/tactical security equipment and solutions• Prepare post-sales support material to customer • Working with various products from International Business Associates.• Giving presentation and demonstration of all of the products. • Giving hands on training to the customer after supply as per requested.• Forming and maintaining good relationship with customer. • Provide technical responses that is required in the project maintenance support for security system to the customers.• Troubleshoot and reduce problems and define workarounds.

Reporting to the Project Manager; I supervise the Implementation and Commissioning (I&C) of microwave communications for the Globe Telecom project. In charge with the equipment and RF frequency allocation.Key Responsibilities:• Handling Full-Turn-Key (FTK) project, provide the client with the high end devices/equipment and best services.• Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables through all project phases.• Coordinate, supervise and manage subcontractors throughout the project implementation.• Conduct technical site survey and Line of Sight (LoS) verification and able to recommend MW antenna heights for MW links prior to installation of telecommunications equipment• Perform Radio Path Calculation and Link Budget done thru Path Loss Ver.4 (PLW4) using Google Earth and SRTM maps as reference.• Perform radio and transmission installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.• Coordination of microwave installation and commissioning activities to the subcontractors. • Coordination and directing subcontractors regarding equipment pull out from the warehouse.• Supervise and assists in inventory of equipment and preparation/assembly of indoor unit (INU) prior to installation.• Coordinates with clients and project managers regarding status of the project• Coordinates provisional acceptance test (PAT) and final acceptance test (FAT) with contractors.• Prepares provisional acceptance test (PAT) and final acceptance test (FAT) documents for submission to clients.• Prepares and coordinates the provisional acceptance certificate (PAC) and final acceptance certificate (FAC) with clients.• Prepares and coordinates vendors service report (VSR) documents for submission to costumers.• Coordination of the return of failed units from the field and repair management assistance (RMA) application.• Assist in preparation of project reports needed by costumers and Harris Stratex project management team.
