Key contributions include:• Conducting operational deep-dives to address areas impacted by the pandemic, such as dining, events, conferences, and social education programming, resulting in improved efficiency and performance.• Developing advanced dashboards and delivering unique, data-driven insights by integrating information from various systems, empowering leadership and staff to make informed strategic decisions.• Project managing dining innovations, including the implementation of flexible dining plans, digital menus, and mobile ordering systems for 35+ locations, in collaboration with functional leaders across the organization.• Establishing frameworks and plans for key initiatives now led by the team, including sustainability efforts, DEI and workplace equity initiatives, IT solutions, and planning for major campus events.• Streamlining processes for budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency for over 400 full-time staff and 1,800+ student employees.• Enhancing cross-functional collaboration and project execution through effective team leadership and portfolio management.Focused on delivering innovative, inclusive, and sustainable solutions to advance the Union’s strategic priorities while addressing the challenges of a post-pandemic landscape.

Strategic Planning• Drive strategic planning, execution & tracking process via organization-wide facilitation and regular executive updates.• Facilitate monthly Strategy Team meetings where executives interface with subject matter experts from across the organization on pressing topics.Business Intelligence• Provide insights, interactive dashboards & reports across the Wisconsin Union's entire spectrum of operations, including dining, events, conferences, hotels, theater, facilities, membership, donations, budgeting, human resources & Memorial Union Terrace.• Create explanatory data visualizations and clear recommendations for high-priority but thorny business challenges with disparate or limited information.• Build and maintain improved tools for assessing student engagement at the Wisconsin Union and across all of Student Affairs.Project Portfolio Management• Manage the Wisconsin Union's project portfolio, instilling new practices across the organization to holistically manage the costs, timelines & resource constraints in our project pipeline.• Create simplified templates for project charters, project plans & project check-ins.• Mentor project leads in best practices for managing projects.Internal Consulting• Lead Internal Consulting team check-ins, helping team prioritize and collaborate on our DEI, technology, sustainability, strategy & data efforts.
