Operationally, logistically and administratively support maneuver live fire ranges on Fort Liberty, NC. Supervise 22 government civilians and 33 contract employees that operate and maintain 19 live fire facilities that support and facilitate mission critical training conducted by conventional and special operation forces from multiple branches of service. Specializing in planning, resourcing, team building and conflict resolution.

Primary advisor to the Professor of Military Science on all aspects of day-to-day operations to include; personnel management, budget utilization, recruiting and retention and strategic planning for future academic years. Principle instructor for a Cadet Command Battalion, responsible for training 90 + future leaders on all pre-commissioning tasks with emphasis on leadership, integrity, problem solving, ethics, training management, training execution, land navigation, first aid, small unit tactics and risk management and mitigation. Ensured training aids and support materials were current and available for each class and laboratory event. Assisted in the planning and execution of all field-training exercises. Monitored allocations and assigned students for professional development training. Assisted in recruiting prospects for the Basic and Advance Courses. Primary instructor, mentor and counselor for all ROTC students in their junior academic year. Advised students and active duty solders on career progression and education opportunities. Monitored students progress and conducts individual performance evaluations and counseling. Input data for students into both military and university records information management systems. Performed duties as the Emergency Building Coordinator for Memorial Gymnasium, responsible for evacuation and lockdown training, drills and execution as directed by campus safety and law enforcement. Successfully mentored and commissioned over 80 junior leaders by detail oriented training, one on one counseling and mentorship. Planned and implementing department goals and made recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Greatest responsibility was the professional development of all Soldiers. Scheduled and conducted all unit activities. Counseled soldiers on performance, career progression and education opportunities. Provided tactical and technical guidance to subordinates and professional support to both subordinates and superiors in accomplishment of their duties. Assisted the Commander in the implementation of command policies and established and enforced standards. Responsible for the unit's individual skills training program and provided advice and made recommendations to the commander and staff on all matters pertaining to soldiers and their families. Ensured that newly assigned personnel were instructed in military courtesy, customs and command regulations and policies. Responsible for monitoring the training of soldiers, assessing training at all levels and providing feedback to appropriate commanders and leaders. Inspected duties performed by subordinates; noted discrepancies and initiated appropriate corrective action. Responsible for the quality, control and training on the noncommissioned officer evaluation reports while ensuring timely submissions. Reviewed evaluation reports to determine compliance with policies and procedures and recommended corrective actions on deficiencies to commanders, other leaders and rating officials. Liaison and Plans NCO responsible for all coordination between a 700 man Ranger Battalion and the Joint Task Force. Additionally, conducts liaison duties with all regional Commanders of Unified Command, Special Operations Command, standing Joint Readiness Exercises and Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Multilateral Exercises. Acts as the Project Officer for a variety of joint training exercises and training exercises inside the continental United States. Conducts pre-deployment site surveys in support of both outside continental United States and inside the continental United States in support of battalion level training deployments. Assists in the developing and updating battalion contingency plans in support of war fighting major commands.

Platoon Sergeant for a 42 man Ranger Rifle Platoon with the mission to deploy to a tactical environment worldwide within 18 hours in support of U.S. Policies and objectives. Responsible for the maintenance, accountability, and effective employment of all platoon assigned weapons, night observation devices, communications equipment, and individual equipment worth an excess of 1.2 million dollars. Professionally developed and counseled all Non-commissioned officers within the platoon. Ensured the health and welfare of assigned Soldiers and their families.Performed duties as an infantry and heavy anti-armor weapon platoon Sergeant in combat operations. Received, issued and implemented orders. Assisted platoon leader in controlling the platoon in mounted and dismounted operations. Assisted in dissemination of intelligence information to unit and staff sections. Assisted in planning, organizing, directing, supervising, training, coordinating, and reporting activities of subordinate elements. Provided tactical and technical guidance to subordinates and professional support to both subordinates and superiors in the accomplishment of their duties. Supervised platoon maintenance activities; supervised receipt, storage, and distribution of ammunition, supplies, equipment, and rations to subordinate elements. Develop a platoon training plan and assisted in production and administration of files, records and reports. Assisted in coordination and implementation of combat operations, training programs, and administrative and communications procedures. Assisted in organization and operation of the tactical operations center. Planned, coordinated resources for, and set up multipurpose range complexes for qualification exercises.

Marksmanship NCO for the 75th Ranger Regiment composed of three geographically separate Battalions prepared for immediate worldwide deployment to combat. Responsible for representing the Regiment by informing USASOC and USSOCOM-JTF of current and future weapons and munitions requirements. Responsible for assisting in the developing, coordinating, integrating, and execution of future concepts and force design initiatives for the Ranger Regiment.

Assistant Operations NCO for the 75th Ranger Regiment composed of three geographically separate battalions prepared for immediate worldwide deployment to combat. Responsible for the Regimental safety program. Directly interfaces and informs United States Special Operations Command and United States Special Operations Command Joint Task Force with daily status of current operations, training and reporting requirements. Responsible for over $250,000 worth of property.
