My current position at Duncan Aviation has brought with it many different challenges and responsibilities. I currently perform the core responsibilities of a Master Technician which include: Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, and testing, Accessory. Additionally, I have taken on many additional roles as a Master Technician, including Accessory Shop scheduler, Accessory Shop liaison between Lincoln, and Duncan facilities in Provo, UT and Battle Creek, MI, contract acquisition, and new product development. .

Guide and support team members in reaching their professional and personal goals by providing leadership, training, mentoring, counseling and performing biannual evaluations. I am a big proponent of continuous improvement, both organizationally and individually. I have formally proposed and implemented numerous cost saving, and productivity improving ideas over the past few years.

Performed maintenance on UH-1, AH-l and 0H58 helicopters. Attended annual training at Fort Hood, Texas, Fort Carson, Colorado, and Lincoln, Nebraska. Was promoted from Specialist 4 to Sergeant in 1990 and acted in a leadership role.
