Nanotronics is a 2015 Inc 5000 company part of Peter Thiel's Founders Fund. As a part of the engineering team, I designed and built various mechanical components to be used in complex automated microscopy systems. Utilized 3D CAD with a strong emphasis on GD&T, DFM, and other key principles in a mechanical engineering scope. Collaborated with other top mechanical, software, and electrical engineers to solve customer-facing problems in an ISO9001 certified environment.

Interned at one of the leading shock & vibration engineering companies in the world. I learned first-hand how an engineering company works from blueprint design to a final, tangible product with a focus on DFM. I helped perform compression/tension testing & analysis with a Tinius Olsen ST series machine on components to be used in shock & vibration isolation systems, as well as assisting in the manufacture and assembly of such systems. Being at Isolation Dynamics has also helped me develop a proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software.
