Integrated Apache Parquet project into 1010’s existing platform to improve cloud storage capability and inter-software functionality. Involved working at the most foundational level of 1010’s codebase and prioritizing performance. Improved read time up to 65%.

Reported directly to President/COO. Performed economic analyses of potential cogeneration installations and explored options to save both money and energy for the client and Tecogen. Created Excel macros to analyze months of system performance data of underperforming units to formulate conclusive and effective diagnoses and improvements. Performed first round viability analyses of developing projects and technologies. Streamlined and automated parts of the billing procedure.

One of a team of two freshmen who developed an aquatic robotic testbed for the Dynamical Control Systems Lab. The final product was an inexpensive, easily assembled, easily replicable Remotely Operated underwater Vehicle (ROV) / Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV), and was presented to the Office of Naval Research.
