Sr. Operations Deployment Manager - Workforce Management
CurrentCurrently on the McDonald's Workforce Management Team overseeing the Training team including three Senior Training Specialists and two Training Specialists. Our team is fully engaged in training and supporting the McDonald's system with two new vendors for WFM. These new software packages encompass all aspects of Human Resource Management including regulatory compliance, Time Clock and Timekeeping, Projection and Scheduling, Mobile Applications and Payroll/Reporting. This deployment is being offered to the McDonald's system across the US. Previously provided Billing Analysis for the Experience of the Future (EOTF) initiative implementation in the McDonald's system. Responsible for financial issue management including monitoring and resolution of open financial issues for the EOTF scope of work at each restaurant. Collaborated with Spend Smart, Finance, EOTF Integrators and the Development team to ensure accurate billing for each project.Provided Outdoor Digital Menu Board (ODMB) Field Office support for the Bethesda, Stamford, and Chicago Field Offices. Liaison and communication link for all stakeholders including the ODMB team. Mediated issues between the Integrators and Owner Operators when they arose. Became the SME for the permitting process for the US business and was responsible to bring permit denials to successful resolution. Provided Financial analysis for the ODMB deployment including financial issue management, project processing support and complete audit responsibilities for my assigned Field Offices.Initially executed deployment of new initiatives at the restaurant level, including those requiring technological knowledge and background. Provided support to address the technical issues in the field as well as being a liaison to the Operations Technology Manager.
