Chabad on Campus is the educational arm of the Chabad Lubavitch movement. It is one of the largest Jewish organizations serving college campuses, with over 185 permanent branches on North American campuses and 250 globally.
My work with the Mayanot Institute of Jewish Studies has impacted college-aged individuals from across the globe as they embark on high-level institution teachings. · Classes include instruction in Jewish Mysticism, Philosophy, Talmud, Torah, Chassidut, and the Hebrew Language. · Worked with fellow board members to build a women's program by completing a purchase and renovation of a 40,000 sf building at the entrance of Jerusalem in 2017.
I started working with Yeshiva of Greater Washington to build a better future for young people. I have always lived by the motto, “Where there is no man, be a man.” and while my background was not in education I stepped up to the plate, when the Yeshiva was in a very big transition. They needed a new building for the girls school and to expand the boys school. The Yeshiva was also facing educational issues and needed to forge a new path. We renovated a 125,000sf old school building from the county and expanded the boys campus. During this time we headed a fundraising campaign, reorganized the entire school with new leadership and forged a new path forward.
