Mr. Sands supplements his investment banking experience with over 9 years of direct hands-on automotive experience with Chrysler and General Motor design groups as well as an owner of an engineering, design and manufacturing businesses serving the automotive, commercial, and personal recreational vehicle sectors. Mr. Sands received his B.S. degree in Finance from University of Detroit and an M.B.A. degree from The University of Michigan.
