My role consists of leading a team of highly skilled professionals to answer relevant market questions and convert this into pipeline growth and making sure our clients reap the benefits of the impact digital experience can make.Combined with my background as a Solution director I help my team in creating propositions to increase employee happiness to attract and retain talent, increase time to market, accelerate business growth by leveraging AI, increase conversion on e-Commerce amongst other things.
