Campaign Manager
CurrentManage email marketing campaigns for a wide array of clients, including prominent retailers, manufacturers, financial institutions, and entertainment companies. Collaborate with Web Production, Account Management, Engineering, and other teams on building and executing campaigns using Yesmail and Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS).Communicate with clients on schedules, procedures, expectations, and campaign status. Test rendering and functionality of emails using such tools as Email on Acid and Litmus.Coordinate with internal departments to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions. Create and maintain documentation on client processes and requirementsTrain clients and coworkers on the use of email platforms.Currently assisting in migrating clients from Yesmail to ACS.
