As the Director of Real Estate Development, reporting to OUTFRONT's SVP, Head of Real Estate Development, Mr. Emanuel oversees OUTFRONT's development efforts across the US with a focus on Top 25 DMA Markets and its expanding product set (e.g. digital displays, cellular, WiFi, data & audience analytics). In this role Mr. Emanuel spearheads M&A and manages a number of OUTFRONT's key strategic property-owner partner relationships (for both the public & private sectors). While managing the national real estate pipeline, Mr. Emanuel also provides strategic guidance, due diligence, and identifies best development practices across the country.
