An experienced leader, teacher, consultant, and digital strategist, Jeff was previously a founding member of HarvardX, a presidential initiative in open online learning at Harvard University, where he served as the organization's inaugural HarvardX Fellow, Senior Fellow, and Senior Project Lead. He has also worked as a consultant, project manager, technical lead, and digital strategist for his businesses, nonprofits, and campaigns from the Beltway to the Rockies. Jeff studied Classical Archaeology and served as a leadership fellow with the Center for International Trade and Security at the University of Georgia. Following this, he studied Social and Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology at Harvard, with an emphasis on Biblical/Near Eastern Archaeology, the Late Bronze Age Mediterranean world, and the Hebrew Bible in the periods of the Judges and United Monarchy. While at Harvard, he has also pursued academic and professional development in a variety of subjects, including Data Science, Leadership, Programming, and Education. Additionally, he holds an associate's in Information Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.Jeff is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and a former U.S. Air Force Special Warfare operator, serving in Korea (2002) and in Iraq with a Joint Special Operations task force (2003). He also returned to Iraq in 2007 as a civilian combat journalist.
