Clover is the largest Cloud POS provider by GPV in the SMB market. My role focuses on driving early adoption and engagement with the Clover platform across web, mobile, and our bespoke POS hardware line. I lead cross functional initiatives that decrease support costs and improve account activation rate, while owning core experiences like onboarding, device unboxing/activation, and self-service guided setup. My team's efforts so far have resulted in some tremendous achievements that have driven millions of dollars of cost savings and increased revenue annually:- 42% reduction in support calls- 29% improvement in web account activation rate- 27% decrease in time to first login and 33% reduction in time to first transaction

As the head of product strategy for the governing body of cycling in the U.S., I led a matrixed team of product owners to develop next-generation technology products for the business and migrate off legacy platforms, driving the second phase of our tech stack migration for thirteen discrete product lines, managing external vendors, internal and offshore development teams, and internal stakeholders.

This was my first product manager role— I led efforts to overhaul our technology platform while leading a team focused on improving member connection, retention, and end-to-end experience.

In this role I launched USA Cycling's first non-racing membership product after leading an in depth market and pricing study.

Successfully overhauled team of five remote employees from regional customer service to business-to-business sales roles while overseeing local association and collegiate program staff.

Managed team of 20 remote volunteer admins while working with board of trustees to develop growth strategies. I covered a lot of ground in this jack-of-all-trades role: built a new website, standardized processes nationwide, and organized national championship events.
